This is a 100% Tempranillo red wine with 13% Vol. alcohol aged in American oak barrels for 12 months. This wine has a deep red colour with red-brick hues.
Clean and good intensity. A smoky aroma of red fruits mixed with vanilla and minerals. Best served with: Smoked and roasted meat.
Its total acidity in tartaric acid is 4.7 – 5.2 gr/l and it´s Volatile acidity is 0.47 – 0.53 gr/l Total SO2: 90 – 110 mgr/l Residual sugar: <2 gr/l.
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C. To decant before serving.
