This great wine from Priorat is elaborated on Garnacha and Cariñena
grapes from old vineyards. The
varieties are separately fermented. With a long maceration, at a
temperature of
26ºC to 28ºC, followed by the malic-lactic fermentation. An Intense
ruby colour, clear and bright, dry red wine, with the ripe grape bouquet
typical of the Priorat grenache and carignan varieties.
