Brut Nature Cuvee
Only the first juice has been selected for this extremely fine Cava.
This cava is produced on four different grape varieties: Macabeo,
Xarel-lo, Parellada & Chardonnay, the first 3 grapes are
traditional to cava, and the chardonnay more innovative. This blend
gives it a freshness and silky texture that set it apart from
traditional cavas, although the method of elaboration is the same.
It was aged 30 months in the cellars at a constant temperature of
16ºC and manually clarified in wooden racks. Extremely
bright yellow with green shades. Excellent transparency and
fluidity. Presence of fine bubble chains and a persistent crown on top
of the wine.

Masoliver,
Cava - Semi Sec
This cava is made from the three traditional varieties (Macabeu,
Xarel·lo and Parellada). It has been made according to the traditional
method. It was aged in the wine cellars at a constant temperature of
16ºC, during 24 -30 months and manually clarified in wooden racks.
After the traditional process of remuage and degorgment removed
sediments, the bottle was quickly topped with a little
licor de
expedición.

Mistela
Blanca, 2004 - Dessert wine
The 2004 Mistela Blanca (15%
alcohol) is a rich, sweet elixir made from white Garnacha. Its amber
colour is followed by copious quantities of honeysuckle, creme brulee,
coffee, liquorice and cherry scents in its overpowering yet complex
aromatics. It should be drunk over the next several years.

Perucchi Vermuth-

Every
single plant, herb and fruit used in making this Vermouth is to be
selected and collected at its right point of maturity, to use them at
the best of its qualities. Then these ingredients go through a number of
processes of maceration, grinding, infusion, pressing, filtering, etc.
and a “Grand Cru” is obtained, which is then mixed with other “Crus” of
older years, in a process that started more than a Century ago. Will
then be mixed with ripe, soft and balanced wines reaching the final
product: Vermouth, which will then grow old in ancient oak casks,
obtaining with time the bouquet and character of all Perucchi Vermouth.
